General Display Fireworks Shoot Site Safety Guidelines
[1: SAFETY is the PRIMARY CONCERN for EVERYONE working on a Fireworks Shoot Site at ALL Times.
[2: Outdoor Shoot Sites are to be set up and Displays Operated under Safety Codes per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1123 - 2006 Edition
[3: Indoor Shoot Sites are to be set up and Displays Operated under Safety Codes per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1126 - 2006 Edition
[4: Transportation, Handling and Storage of Display Fireworks (1.3G Explosives) are to be per NFPA 1124 - 2006 Edition & BATFE “Orange Book” & D.O.T Regs.
[5: All Federal Laws, State Codes and/or Local Ordinances must be followed as applicable.
[6: All Applicable Permits must be obtained as required by the Permitting Authority having Jurisdiction of your Display Site Locale.
[7: NO Alcohol or Drugs are to be permitted on Site at any time while working on a Shoot Site.
[8: Proper Apparel and Safety Gear (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn during Firing of Display by all workers on-site.
[9: The Display Site must be secured from Access by Unauthorized personnel at all times – Before – During and After the Display.
[10: Fireworks On-Site MUST NEVER ever be left Unattended for any reason.
